* Online pre-registrations are possible until 19 September 2016  included; participants who wish to register after this date will have to proceed with the registration onsite.

Important: Children under the age of 18 are not authorized inside the Congress venue.

Delegate Registration Fee includes:

  • Delegate badge
  • Admission to the EADV scientific sessions
  • Admission to the Exhibition area, Satellite Symposia and Meet-the-Expert Sessions to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) only.
  • Possibility to collect ECMEC Credits on participation in EADV scientific sessions
  • Congress material and Certificate of Attendance
  • Admission to the Networking Symposium (28 September, 2016)
  • Admission to the Concluding Session (02 October, 2016)

 

Please note the following:

a) 1-day ticket: the daily rate cannot be requested more than one time.

b) Industry Participants: This registration category has been created to enable employees from the industry to have full access to events, (scientific sessions, industry sessions, exhibition).

c) Residents, Students and Nurses:

Resident: Person who is doing their internship or studies of postgraduate medical training (up to specialisation in dermato-venereology) and PhD students in a medical field.

Student: Person who is following courses at the university in order to get a degree in Medicine in a medical field (person not authorised to prescribe or dispense prescription-only medicines/drugs).

Nurse: Person employed in a hospital or clinic as a Nurse.

The online registration application must be accompanied by written proof of status; (date not older than 6 months from registration date); otherwise low fees will not be validated.

A Proof of Status is an official letter written and signed (by hand/ no electronic signature) by the head of department – hospital or academic institution – which confirms the status of the applicant. The document must be issued in English on official hospital/ university letterhead and must be submitted to the Registration Department before the relevant registration deadline. Once the online pre-registrations for the Symposium/Congress are closed, participants still wishing to register will need to bring their proof of status onsite, in order to benefit from the reduced fee.

N.B.: When letters, certifying status, are sent after the early/late registration deadline, the next registration fee will be applicable even when the registration is processed online and fully paid.

d) Subspecialty Society Meetings: Access to the Subspecialty Meetings only, no access to the Scientific Sessions.
